Each item that we sell here is handmade to order, but can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without any additional fees. Any other changes to an order can be made within 24 hours of purchase that may or may not cause a change in price and/or build time. Feel free to reach out to us but please know that after 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed. As you may have noticed, some of our products are sealed with high grade walnut oil mixed with carnauba wax; meaning that if there are nut sensitivities in your household, please be aware. If so, feel free to let us know in the order notes so that we may use a different sealer for your specific order at no additional cost.
Each item is unique and subject to variation in color, texture, grain pattern, etc. For furniture pieces, please allow an extra 1" for dimensional tolerance. For smaller items, please allow a half inch tolerance, at most, as we use offcuts from our providers, hoping to lessen the amount of new trees needing to be cut (See more here). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate to a product in real life - when purchasing or ordering, please read the details carefully.
We always ensure that we build a quality piece for your home. Therefore, the time from order to shipping may take an estimated 3-12 weeks, depending on the size of item, the amount of orders currently placed, and the customization of an item. Please be aware that because each item is handmade to order, a specific date cannot be provided, only an estimate. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. If for any reason we are unable to catch up with current orders, we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
If any orders are placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit those orders.
Shipping
Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of each order, along with customer's address. Currently, we can only ship in the continental US, but please check back to see if that has changed.
For local furniture drop-offs, please leave a note with your order or get in touch with us, here. We can arrange a day that works best for both of us. Please note that drop-offs will be an additional flat rate charge of $50 and can only be done within a 20 mile radius with a minimum order amount of $300.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns on custom pieces and furniture items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that because we save the offcuts from our providers, each handmade item we sell may be slightly different from our online photo. If it looks like the item was damaged from shipping, please make a note of it on the delivery document and reject delivery in necessary cases. Any other items that are ordered through our shop are returnable but the shipping costs will not be covered. Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. However if the product is returnable, you may return and place another order.
